What you'll do :
- Lead and manage the commercial contracting function, ensuring alignment with Polly’s business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and customer contracts.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and playbooks for efficient contract management and review cycles.
- Manage Ironclad and the overall contracting process allowing for scalability, sales efficiency, and high repeatable quality.
- Monitor and maintain contract compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on contractual risks and opportunities, providing insights to key stakeholders.
- Handle a variety of other projects and requests as the need arises.
