Estimated 5 years experience working in product design, or equivalent experience.You are looking to work within a small yet mighty team of 3 designers who value collaboration, critical thinking, and excellence.Bonus

You have Data Viz, Dashboard, Visual Design, and / or Fintech experience.Your approach to design :

You seek validation for assumptions, you ask stakeholders questions to get a closer understanding of the business goals.You can articulate your design decisions, and you are excited to learn from our Users.You have experience with Figma, design systems and platform-level shared components, and designing for web.You know how to speak with developers about implementing designs.You are a team player.Your approach to UX design :
