What you’ll do :

• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored technical solutions that align with their needs.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients to showcase the value and capabilities of our products.
• Act as a subject matter expert for capital markets and our products, understanding their architecture, features, and integration possibilities.
• Design and develop proof-of-concept solutions, prototypes, and custom demos to address specific customer use cases and challenges.
• Provide in-depth technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation phase, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of our solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with the customer's technical teams to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and improvement suggestions to influence product roadmaps.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and insights to the organization.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the solutions engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
