Receives direction and reports to their District Manager
Essential Job Functions
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Trainer will have many key responsibilities in the restaurant which include: Training, the ability to teach others, Food Safety, Inventory Management systems, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting back to their team and other managers
- Must be able to effectively train others to higher levels and develop managers
- Strive to enhance our guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding their expectations.
- Increase sales and profit by building community relationships/partnerships and providing outstanding product and service.

Non-Essential Job Functions
- Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
- Walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time
- Lifting a minimum 50 lbs. overhead
- Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for:
- Making observations
- Communicating with others
- Reading and writing
Position Requirements
- Work a 48-55 hour week.
- Subject to background check.
- In-store training program completed.
- Successfully completed Popeye's General Manager training program.
Working Conditions
- Office environment; work with computer and office equipment.
- Restaurant environment; work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions.
- Essential job functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for standing, walking or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
