Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This includes scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Utilize this information to contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms. Compile reports and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and assisting with other day-to-day tasks as needed.
