Overview
The Inside Sales & Social Media Specialist will play a key role in generating leads and building brand awareness for the company. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales, marketing, and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries (phone calls, emails, website inquiries)
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations (virtually or in-person).
- Generate and nurture sales leads through various channels.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and informative social media content (images, videos, text posts).
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond promptly.
- Build and grow the company's online presence and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, website content).
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Customer service, or marketing.
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
- * Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
