You have impeccable attention to detail. You enjoy performing a variety of tasks including full cycle recruiting, performance review cycles, HRIS management, all training and development. You communicate well at all levels of the organization and are willing to put in extra effort to reach the goals and objectives of the department. You enjoy connecting with people, building relationships in order to execute the needs of the organization. You are comfortable and familiar with maintaining and enhancing the use of the company's HRIS system (ADP)

The Human Resources Professional/Recruiter is under the general direction of the HR Manager and Accounting Manager. They will assist in administering the Human Resources processes for the company particularly as it relates to recruitment, performance reviews, and training. This role will provide administrative support to the entire HR function for the company, including record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry and maintenance. This role is responsible for carrying out all phases of the recruitment process from posting jobs on job boards, offers of employment to onboarding.

This is not a remote position. The duties of this position are required to be performed in the Poly Print offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview and administer all job-related candidate testing, as well as recommend applicants or employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Scheduling interviews for department managers and assist in preparation of interview questions.
  • Extensive experience in the ADP system and processes.
  • Collaborates with department managers to define department needs and if needed, hiring strategy.
  • Screen applications and recommend qualified candidates.
  • Tracks status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ADP) and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
  • Assists with the administration of all company benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Facilitates the preparation of the performance review process. Works closely with Management to ensure that performance reviews are timely and complete.
  • Maintain and revise current job descriptions as needed.
  • Maintain employee files for the Department to include records in connection with new hires, promotions, performance evaluations, awards, warnings, and terminations.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation. Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons for separations.
  • Maintains a satisfactory attendance and punctuality record.
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with above average Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
