Job Description
The Quality Manager will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control processes, including:
- Developing and implementing quality standards, protocols, and procedures.
- Conducting regular product inspections and audits.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, preferably in the plastic industry.
- CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)/CQM (Certified Quality Manager), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt/Kaizen certification(s) or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality tools and software (e.g., Minitab).
