As Regional Sales Manager for Polybond North America the following is a non-comprehensive list of major responsibilities:
1. Reports directly to National Sales Director.
2. Be trained in the organizational systems, products and technology and how they are applied with customer machines, equipment, and vehicles
3. Accountable for regional Polybond North America sales performance and forecasting as well as monthly reporting of sales results and forecast.
4. Accountable for the size of the new business development pipeline as well as reporting and managing the pipeline status.
5. Develop with colleagues a detailed 3 year sales plan achieving regional sales goals.
6. Work with colleagues for developing new business opportunities including providing application information, product requirements, target pricing, competitive position, submitting and executing MNDA’s.
7. Develop, write and send customer quotations based on costs developed by VP & GM and prices agreed upon with national Sales Director an VP & GM.
8. Manage the regional resellers, and sales representatives in the region, ensuring performance metrics are established, managed and reported. Optimizing sales resources including adding or changing sales personnel.
9. Manage customer relationships and maximize customer satisfaction by optimizing customer communication and visit key customers and prospective customers on an established cadence. Meet regularly via online meetings with customers to discuss quotations and new product development programs.
10. Develop and execute sales representative and reseller agreements developed with and approved by coleagues.
11. Interface with all customers and prospective customers regarding technical requirements and performance of products.
12. Maintain and develop marketing collateral that promotes company products and capabilities with approvals of National Director of Sales.
13. Plan, manage, and attend trade shows either as attendee or exhibitor. With colleagues, determine which trade shows should be attended or exhibited.
14. Work with customers and colleagues to search for and develop new products and their applications.
15. Learn and report on market developments including customer and prospective customer news and information, competitor news and developments, supplier news and developments.
16. Monitor customer orders by comparing to anticipated EAU’s and customer supplied forecasts. Interface with customers to ensure orders are properly received and entered.
17. Interface with colleagues and customers to resolve delivery and quality issues.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
