We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Repair Technician to join our team in
Augusta, GA. This role is ideal for a top-tier professional who excels in problem-solving,
has keen attention to detail, and is dedicated to maintaining the operational efficiency of our
specialized mobile equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Preventative Maintenance & Repairs : Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and
repairs on industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and facility systems,
to minimize downtime.
Electrical & Mechanical Work : Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems,with a focus on 3-phase motors (460 VAC) and low voltage controls such as solenoids.
Equipment Optimization : Proactively enhance equipment efficiency, reduce waste, andextend machinery lifespan.
Emergency Repairs : Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues to ensurecontinuous operations.
Facility Upkeep : Maintain the structural integrity of mobile units, including plumbing,HVAC, and other related systems.
Record Keeping : Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to trackperformance and prevent recurring issues.
Compliance & Safety : Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to OSHA and companysafety standards.

Required Qualifications :
5 years of hands-on maintenance and repair experience in an industrial ormanufacturing setting.
Proficient understanding of 3-phase motors (460 VAC) and low voltage control systems,including solenoids.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, andautomated equipment.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and machining is a plus.Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (preferred but not required).Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and preventative maintenance bestpractices.
