Job Description

Description :

Maintains the office, production, warehouse and grounds in a clean and orderly condition. Performs a variety of preventive maintenance functions and has an integral part in the storm water environmental program and the prevention of communicable disease through cleaning and disinfecting common areas such as break rooms and restrooms.

Requirements :

Main Offices – 1st and 2nd floors :

Dust cabinets and tables.
Dry mops tile floors.
Vacuums.
Empties trash.
Cleans restrooms and kitchen areas.

Cafeteria / Kitchen / Break Room :

Cleans sink, tables, chairs, countertop surfaces, coffee maker.

Wet mops floor.

Empties trash.

Fills dispensers.

Restrooms :

Cleans sinks, toilets.

Fills dispenser.

Wet-mops floors.

Molding Room and Warehouse :

Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the production molding room and warehouse.

Smoking Areas :

Maintain good housekeeping by emptying receptacles when warranted.

Grounds :

Picks up trash / litter.

Mows grass and maintains cultivated plantings (use weedwhacker).

Sweeps clean storm drains.
