What You Will Be Doing:
Business Development (60%):
● Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive company growth.
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
● Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and materials that support sales efforts and drive conversions.
Product Marketing (20%):
● Go-To-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
● Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
● Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Brand Management (20%):
● Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance brand equity and market presence.
● Consistency Enforcement: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.
● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer perceptions and identify opportunities for brand improvement.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment in all aspects of the business.
Qualifications:
● 6 years of experience in business development, product marketing, or brand management within consumer goods, art supplies, or related industries.
● Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.
● Experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
● Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience in enhancing brand equity.
● Experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, including advertising, SEO, and marketplace analytics.
● Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
● Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary Range: Based on the distribution of responsibilities, the salary for this role is estimated to be between $70,000 and $80,000 per year. This range accounts for the significant emphasis on business development activities. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
