Polyglass USA, Inc., a leading manufacturer of roofing materials, is seeking a Polyschool Training Associate to join our team in Waco, TX. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of Polyschool training events, including planning, organization, scheduling, execution, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of Polyschool training events.
- Evaluate and organize products and quantities required for Polyschool events.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for Polyschool events.
- Work with technical staff to support Polyschool events and provide hands-on demonstrations.
- Prepare demonstration decks and mock-ups for Polyschool events.
- Execute hands-on demonstrations for Polyschool audiences with the assistance of technical staff members.
- Dispose of used materials appropriately and pack supplies, materials, and equipment after events.
- Support sales teams with related sales or promotional activities as directed by the manager.
- Travel to other territories as needed to assist with Polyschool events.
- Represent Polyglass at industry functions and events, providing feedback and information on market trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience as a Roofing Manufacturers' Representative, Roofing Inspector, or Roofing Contractor preferred.
- Daily local and/or overnight travel required.
