We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting IT-related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of system architecture and database management, as well as proficiency in programming languages and tools. The Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our systems while collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals. The selected Consultants will work closely with the designated I.T. supervisor, IT staff, computer operations and outsourced help desk on managing the help desk, improving the service processes, and have expertise in rolling out ServiceNow to a large diverse group.
Duties
- Create/update catalog item.
- Design and implement system architecture solutions that align with business needs.
- Create/update workflows and scripts
- Create/update Categories and sub-category
- Create/update Dashboards
- Create/update templates
- Create/update reports
- Use Update Sets to make certain changes in ServiceNow (testing and instructing OIT to update Production)
- New updates must be tested in Staging before being placed in Production
- Testing for new instances
- Create/update profiles
- Complete misc. tickets assigned to ServiceNow Admins
- Create tickets to OIT for technical issues
- Maintain Technical Contactsa. Update lists of those authorized to contact OIT
- Provided info for audits from ServiceNow when asked
- Update SN group managers
- Knowledge base articles1
- Provide amount of licenses needed each year to Business OperationsCreated Training Guide
- Contact Supervisors and APs to place Separations or New Hires and remind them of the policy
- Contact Supervisors that have not approved request
- Approve requests that cannot be approved by supervisor
- Email instructions to supervisors having issues approving requests because of Outlook change.
- Train customers on how to use ServiceNow
- Assist customers with any questions regarding ServiceNow
- Assist service desk by cancelling requests that are no longer needed
- Reassign tickets to the correct groups when asked
During the interview process, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resource’s experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offeror’s proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. Resource will have a background check

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
