Role Summary :

To work within a technical sales group that is focused on remote monitoring, temporary climate solutions & materials preservation for construction companies, universities, healthcare and industrial process. Make sales calls in a manner that expands the awareness of Polygon with managed accounts and / or an established client list to ensure follow-up directly with the clients. This role will also prospect and execute campaign tactics and strategies that are specific to an established sales and marketing plan

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer-centric and enthusiastic about customer support and interface
  • Ownership of client experience for (established) Managed Accounts
  • Build and maintain strong local relationships with existing clients and key prospective clients
  • Achieve targeted Sales and Marketing activities for assigned accounts
  • Coordination of information to teammates for successful project completion; to include subcontractor management
  • All sales administrative responsibilities related to these accounts
  • Conduct sales calls, give presentations and (potentially) attend trade shows in a manner that expands the awareness of Polygon
  • Estimate & Change Order generation & presentation in accordance with process and communication protocols
  • Ownership of the change order and contract modification process
  • Proactive) management of Requests for Proposal (RFP); actively seeking out new (like) opportunities
  • Account-based prospecting activities directed through sales and marketing plan and in coordination with Inside Sales Department
  • Project-based prospecting activities directed through sales and marketing plan and in coordination with Inside Sales Department
  • Inbound and outbound lead generating though phone and web-based channels which is directed through sales and marketing plan and in coordination with Inside Sales Department
  • Qualification, nurturement, and conversion of leads into prospects
  • Utilization of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for all duties including pipeline management, email and call logging

Qualifications :

  • Two years proven experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Strong math and data analysis skills
  • Familiar with general financial and project management principals
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents
  • Subcontractor / vendor relationship management abilities
  • Accurate and reliable
  • Highly organized and thorough
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent writing and listening skills
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, engaging, enthusiastic
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Expertise with spreadsheets and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software
  • Associates or College degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, preferred not required
  • Minimum Polygon Provided Training Requirements Completed within the First 6 Months of Employment :
