Position: Accountant
We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, experienced Accountant who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about numbers, love solving problems, and enjoy the variety that comes with working in a small, innovative company, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
No two days are the same! As our Accountant, you’ll handle a broad range of financial activities, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable & Payable processes.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements with precision.
- Manage payroll processing, including 1099s and tax reporting.
- Maintain the General Ledger and produce timely, accurate financial reports.
- Process incoming orders and assist in generating purchase orders.
- Provide insightful financial reports to support strategic decisions.
- Assist with inventory tracking and management.
- Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP guidelines.
- Occasionally assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and greeting guests—we’re a team, and we all pitch in!
What We’re Looking For:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a small team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP software (ProShopERP experience is a plus!).
- A natural problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with inventory management and understanding of business operations is a huge plus!
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: On-site in Jacksonville, FL
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with flexibility
- Salary: $60,000/year – $75,000/year (commensurate with experience)
