Job Title : Graphic Designer

Objectives
The primary objective is to bring on an in-house designer who understands the Polymaker brand deeply and consistently translates it into impactful, high-quality visual content.
Create Engaging Content : Develop visually compelling materials that resonate with our audience and elevate the brand.
Build a Cohesive Brand Identity and Ensure Consistency : Craft and maintain a unified visual identity that reflects Polymaker’s values and innovation.
Coordinate Content Creation Across Teams : Collaborate closely with various teams to guide and oversee content development.
Key Results
- Deliver high-quality, platform-optimized graphics with 100% accuracy in format, size, and color standards for each project.
- Increase campaign engagement metrics (e.g., click-through rate, social media interactions) by 20% through visually compelling assets.
- Produce printed materials that effectively showcase the portfolio, with positive feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive guide for presenting Polymaker’s product families, with adherence to brand guidelines by all teams.
- Create and deliver marketing templates for internal and partner use, achieving 90% team satisfaction for ease of use and branding consistency.
- Maintain a 100% brand compliance score across all content produced.
- Successfully adapt assets for regional markets, ensuring cohesive brand presence worldwide.
- Standardize internal documents (business cards, letterheads, etc.)
Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Branding
Design visual assets for digital campaigns, including web graphics, social media images, email templates, and online ads.Create editorial content such as brochures, catalogs, and whitepapers to effectively showcase our products and educate customers.Work closely with other teams to develop hero images and high-quality product visuals that highlight the quality and versatility of our 3D printing materials.2. Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with product development, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment in branding, messaging, and product details.Contribute innovative ideas in brainstorming sessions to support campaign and branding objectives.3. Brand Consistency & Global Adaptation
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs, adapting visuals for regional markets while preserving brand identity.Support the development of a comprehensive brand book to ensure a consistent global brand presence.4. Project Management
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality outputs within specified deadlines.Experiment with design tools to enhance productivity and creativity in visual outputs.5. Key Outputs
E-commerce and Selling Platform Assets : Develop product images, infographics, and lifestyle visuals for Amazon, Shopify, Meta Shop, and our website to increase engagement.Brand Templates : Create digital and print templates for internal and partner use, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.Print and Event Materials : Produce flyers, booth graphics, and event printables.Banners and Email Designs : Design banners and branded email templates for campaigns and customer engagement.Ads and Infographics : Generate ads and infographics to boost brand awareness and product value across digital ad platforms and social media.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.3 years of experience in digital and editorial design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) other tools like Klaviyo, Figma, Sketch, are a plus.Strong portfolio with a focus on digital and print design, brand consistency, and professional aesthetics.Excellent english and good communication skills.Ability to execute creative briefs effectively.Team player with a proactive attitude, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
