As a Medical Device Kitting/Production Associate at Polymedco, you will play a crucial role in assembling and packaging life-saving colorectal cancer (CRC) FIT kits. These kits are essential for early cancer detection, making a real difference in patients' lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Kit Assembly & Packaging:
- Assemble and kit medical devices with care, following clear work instructions.
- Ensure all components are included in the correct quantities.
- Operate packaging equipment and finalize kit packaging with precision.
- Label, seal, and ensure kits are ready for shipment.
- Document any quality issues and participate in continuous improvement processes.
- Inventory & Materials Handling:
- Manage the inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring smooth production.
- Pick and pull inventory items, using tools such as pallet jacks and rolling staircases.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, and ISO regulations to ensure product safety.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures throughout the production process.
