What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Polymer Concepts Technologies, Inc?
Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer account management activities primarily on the transactional sales side that range from part quoting to order status updates.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Quotes and Entering Orders
- Communicate via email and telephone with Customers and Polymer sales team daily, providing quotes and status of orders.
- Interface daily with our “’inside” customers, i.e. Engineering, Quality and Production to ensure quality parts and On Time Delivery for our external.
- Answer inbound calls relating to order status and schedules.
- Support all discrete PO’s (review and sign off prior to order entry). Review, compare to quote and sign off on all FA POs after management has signed off.
- Provide up to date with voice of the customer feedback
- Work with operations as necessary to ensure proper costing of part numbers
- Any other duties required on an as needed basis to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills/Requirements:
- Well-practiced decision making, verbal and written skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized and sense of urgency.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience CRM ERP systems a plus.
Pay Rate: $20-25 Hourly
