Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves utilizing various precision measuring instruments and inspection systems to analyze product specifications and maintain adherence to ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
Duties
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Perform vision inspections to assess product quality and identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and measurements in accordance with ISO documentation requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Experience with vision inspection systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and inspection results.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
