We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with quality systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, including data collection and analysis for quality audits.
- Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and support fabrication processes.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality inspections.
- Participate in internal quality management reviews and contribute to corrective action plans as needed.
- read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety rules
- write routine reports and correspondence of the nature related to this position.
Skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of injection molding process procedures
- Basic knowledge of computer/keyboard
