Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Director of Infrastructure & Operations to join our team. This pivotal role will lead the transformation of the company's Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) landscape, operating model, and operating structure. This role will drive the adoption of modern technologies, including cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), and IT OT, to support the company's digital transformation strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional technical expertise, and strong leadership abilities.
Essential Functions
- Transformation of I&O Landscape : Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to transform the I&O landscape, including the adoption of modern technologies, such as cloud, AI, and IoT.
- Operating Model and Structure : Design and implement a new operating model and structure for I&O, ensuring alignment with the company's digital transformation strategy and strategic drivers.
- Digital Transformation : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and develop strategies to leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
- Cloud Strategy : Develop and execute a cloud strategy that aligns with the company's digital transformation goals, including the adoption of public, private, and hybrid cloud models.
- IT, OT, and AI : Develop strategies for the convergence of IT, OT, and AI, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Talent Development : Lead and develop a high-performing team of I&O professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure successful transformation.
- Budgeting and Financial Management : Manage the I&O budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial constraints.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation of I&O, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business stakeholders, including IT leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the transformation process.
- Security and Compliance : Implement and enforce robust security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and international standards.
