Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our Berea, OH Manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will set up and operate equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. You will also be responsible for machine maintenance, quality control, data recording, and supporting the company's vision and principles while adhering to safety and regulatory rules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A high school diploma, general education diploma (GED), or equivalent training and experience
- Work experience in an industrial operations environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedure manuals
- Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and the ability to use conversions and work with different units
