Job Summary
The Technician position will work in the business unit or corporate technology group. The Technician will assist in R&D work associated with production and characterization of polymer composites. The role will also be responsible for analyzing the test data for peer discussions.
Essential Functions
- Work with a professional technical staff in projects related to product development, process development or application development depending on the work area of the job.
- Laboratory work involving new experiments and sample preparation.
- Processes material using Single-Screw, Twin-Screw, Injection Molding Machines, Lamination Machines and testing equipment.
- Accurately measures, records and reports of data.
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

The base salary for this position is between $39,600 and $59,400 with incentive bonus potential. Final compensation within this range may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
