In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall logistics operations by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating shipments, and maintaining efficient records. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Track and monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays.
- Communicate with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare reports and provide data analysis on logistics performance.
