Schedule :

1st Shift : 7a-3p Monday-Friday
2nd Shift : 3p-11p Monday- Friday
3rd Shift : 11p-7a Sunday-Thursday

Pay :

1st Shift : $16 p / h

2nd shift : $17 p / h plus 8% premium

3rd shift : $17 p / h plus 8% premium

The Role

Join the POLYWOOD® Shipping Department, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and safely. This is an active, hands-on position requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.

What You’ll Do

Handle, load, and unload shipments accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are properly prepared for transport.

Be on your feet and actively moving for 10 hours per shift.

Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.

Operate forklifts (if certified) or assist with material handling equipment as needed.

Perform picker tasks, including locating and retrieving items from inventory to fulfill orders.

Verify shipment accuracy by cross-referencing orders and inspecting products.

Maintain a clean and organized shipping area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Physical Stamina : Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting of 50 pounds.

Team Player : A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.

Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy in handling and preparing shipments.

Forklift Experience (Preferred) : Prior experience or certification is a plus but not required.

Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adjust to a dynamic shipping environment.

Reliability : Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
