About the Role :
Are you motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment? As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the voice of POLYWOOD®—responding to inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers via email and chat, delivering timely and professional responses.
- Provide detailed product information, including pricing, availability, and recommendations.
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims with precision and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and fulfill customer needs.

Full-time during peak season (40 hours per week) and 24 hours per week during the off-season (Tuesday–Thursday), with additional pay for an extra day worked each week. This option offers year-round employment with full benefits and flexibility.
Full-time work during peak season (spring and summer) with time off during the off-season. This path includes year-round insurance coverage and bonuses, such as a $1,000 "Thank You" bonus at the end of the season and a $1,000 "Welcome Back" bonus when you return.
Seasonal positions are available during peak season for short-term work with flexible hours, providing a great option for those who don’t need year-round employment.
SHIPPING DEPARTMENT ONLY. Shipping offers 4 or 6 hour shifts for those looking for flexible, part-time work during the peak season.
