Inventory Manager

At POLYWOOD®, we’re seeking a results-driven Inventory Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across departments. This is not just a task-focused role — we need a proactive leader with a big-picture mindset who can own inventory data, identify issues, drive resolution, and effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Do :
- Own Inventory Management : Manage and improve our inventory control systems, ensuring accurate reporting of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Drive Accountability & Solutions : Proactively identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and rally stakeholders to resolve issues with urgency and clarity.
- Lead & Develop a Team : Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring the inventory team is aligned and energized around business goals.
- Execute & Optimize Control Procedures : Oversee and refine cycle counting processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure ERP systems reflect real-time accuracy.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Act as the primary inventory liaison with production, operations, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment and clarity on inventory data and decisions.
- Report & Communicate with Impact : Prepare and present clear, data-driven inventory reports to leadership, providing insights into trends, risks, and recommended actions.
