The Role : Training & Development Supervisor | Customer Experience Dept.

The Training & Development Supervisor will oversee the design, implementation, and assessment of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within POLYWOOD. This role also involves managing the relationship with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner to ensure alignment with company objectives and training standards.

What You’ll Do

Training Program Development :

  • Design and implement training programs that meet the evolving needs of the Customer Experience Team to ensure continued success.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, one-on-one meetings, and performance evaluations to create tailored learning pathways.

Training & Development Oversight with BPO Partner :

  • Collaborate with the BPO partner to ensure alignment with POLYWOOD®'s training and development standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate training delivered by the BPO to ensure it meets quality and effectiveness benchmarks.
  • Facilitation and Delivery :

  • Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops, leveraging various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Support employees in applying newly acquired skills in their day-to-day roles.
  • Evaluation and Assessment :

  • Develop quality metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of training programs.
  • Continuously improve training offerings by analyzing feedback and performance data.
  • Reporting and Documentation :

  • Maintain detailed records of training programs and participant progress.
  • Provide insightful reports to senior management on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration :

  • Partner with department managers to align training with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging training environment to encourage participation and growth.
  • Content Enhancement :

  • Review internal and external content to ensure accuracy and consistency with business standards.
  • Create and update content to address information gaps for agents and customers.

  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : At least 5 years of experience in training and development, with a preference for supervisory experience.
  • Strong Understanding of Training Principles : Expertise in adult learning methodologies and training program design.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to engage and inspire both internal teams and external partners.
  • Relationship Management : Proven experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in training software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
