The Role : Training & Development Supervisor | Customer Experience Dept.
The Training & Development Supervisor will oversee the design, implementation, and assessment of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within POLYWOOD. This role also involves managing the relationship with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner to ensure alignment with company objectives and training standards.
What You’ll Do
Training Program Development :
- Design and implement training programs that meet the evolving needs of the Customer Experience Team to ensure continued success.
- Assess training needs through surveys, one-on-one meetings, and performance evaluations to create tailored learning pathways.
