Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee financial operations, including transaction processing, disbursements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger using Sage 100 / MAS (preferred).
- Prepare report of financial performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Process electronic deposits and manage bank account reconciliations.
- Handle payroll processing using Paychex (preferred).
- Manage accounts payable.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for efficient task management.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
