General Function: With moderate supervision, utilize detailed documentation to perform basic inspection, testing, upgrades and repairs of "Devices" that include, but are not limited to, desktop PCs, laptop, printers and peripherals.

Employees are frequently required to walk, stand and move about to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. Must have ability to ascend and descend stairs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

- Repair of damaged/nonfunctioning devices of a single category, e.g. laptops, including the replacement of non-warranty parts.
- Disassemble devices found to be damaged or non functioning to reclaim parts.
- Refurbish and cleanse devices prior to storage or shipping.
- Following detailed instructions or diagrams.
- Perform basic testing of devices
- Adhere to all company and department policies, processes and procedures.
