Are you the type of person who strives to bring joy to others? Pomeroy is seeking a full-time passionate and hospitable Maitre D' to join our team.
You will be supervising our team of hosts. Duties include greeting and seating guests, answering phones, directing guests to their seats, maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room, and resolving customer complaints or disputes.
The ideal Reservations Manager must be organized, conscientious, and professional with excellent hospitality instincts and drive to provide customer service.
You must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, including ownership and other front of house leadership, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
Prior experience in a high volume upscale restaurant is a must, experience with Toast and Resy preferred.
