streamlining HR business processes! A seasoned HR Business Analyst will join our team to
provide expert support for HR functions in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

- Analyze and translate business requirements into actionable configurations for Oracle
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and
- Maintain expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities, including core HR and benefits,
- Review/evaluate impact of quarterly releases, assist with QA testing and communicate
- Provide support during annual/periodic HR events (benefits, performance, merit, etc.).
- Configure, test, and document HCM process flows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage OTBI to distribute dynamic notifications and reports and generate data
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business/Consulting,
- 4 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst or related role.
- Proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and understanding of data flow between applications.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including recruiting/onboarding, benefits, time &
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to present concepts to non-technical audiences in understandable terms.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM data models and OTBI capabilities.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Oracle
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud a plus.
- Experience with change management methodology a plus.
