PC Technician II

Pomeroy Technologies is seeking to fill a PC Technician position in our Pascagoula, MS
location.

This position is a Full -Time Permanent position: Monday -Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

This position includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Generous PTO, 8 Paid Holidays.

Job Description

Ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. Desk-side software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems. Responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

* A minimum, will be required to obtain many other certifications (net ,server , HP, IBM, and Dell specific)

Must be able to work well both independently and in team settings

* Excellent organization and multitasking skills

* Excellent Customer Service Skills
