What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Technician position at Pomeroy?
We are looking for a Warehouse Technician
This will be Monday - Friday
Training will be 8am - 5pm but after training the shift will be 11am - 7pm
Onsite in Somerset, New Jersey.
Qualifications :
Technicians shall be responsible for the following End User Compute Support Services :
- Response and resolution to all Workspace Incidents and IMAC
- When so required, Technicians will be provided access to a company's laptop along with credentials, network and other required company specific tools to deliver their services; and
- Management of inventory levels in Hub Locations
- Receiving / shipping computer hardware
- Opening / packing / disposing boxes
- Preparing to ship out inventory
- Warehousing / IT Inventory control
- Daily use of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
- Assist with inventory by use of a USB connected scanner.
- Asset tagging of more than 10,000 laptops
- Prepare and image laptop to fit within the client’s standards
- Outbound shipments.
- Lift up to 40-50 pound
