Looking for a strong, well-organized leader to aassist Chef in running the kitchen here at Pomet. The position comes with the opportunity to be creative and a teacher to your team. The menu is hyper seasonal and focuses on the bounty of California's agriculture. It also encompasses an Asian flare to the cuisine.
Please have a minimum of 2 years of management experience running a kitchen of 5-10 employees. Be organized, willing to shop at farmers' markets and use local vendors. Continued menu development is must with the collaboration of the team. Working knowledge of how to do food costing is a bonus!
