We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Cheer Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to cheer teams from our leads and build strong client relationships
- Guide teams through the Pomp Cheer customization process and help them create unique gear that matches their vision
- Drive sales by meeting monthly and quarterly targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and cheer program needs
- Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to bring client feedback to life in our products
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the cheer industry (as a coach, athlete, or related role)
- Strong knowledge of the cheerleading community and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
