We are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will work independently, performing repairs and routine maintenance tasks while staying on schedule.
The successful candidate will have experience with electrical systems (120VAC - 480VAC, 1 to 3 phase power), PLCs, and machine tool control systems. They will also possess knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical controls and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and operation of TryFil Foam Filling Equipment
- Maintenance and repair of Corghi tire mounting machines and other facility equipment
- Off-loading incoming bulk foam liquids and maintaining clean and orderly work areas
- Process improvements for greater safety, cleaning, and efficiency
Requirements:
- Electrical knowledge and experience with 120VAC - 480VAC, 1 to 3 phase power
- PLC and machine tool control system expertise
- Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control system knowledge
- Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver's license and basic tools required
Physical Demands:
- Ability to move quickly and have mobility
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work under mental stress and pressure
- Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatability
