This position performs a variety of clerical duties under the general direction of the Store Manager. Office experience is preferred, but we are more than willing to train the right candidate!

Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Mailing distribution
- Giving information to callers
- Greeting schedule visitors and informs appropriate person of their arrival
- Making copies of invoices and correspondence
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mails and faxes
- All billing of government, national accounts, and accounts receivable/collections
- Performing any other clerical duties as requested by supervisor
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Customer Service skills
- Regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds
- Largely a sedentary role
- Ability to talk and hear in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers
- Regular use of hands and arms in traditional office environment
