About the role:
Pompa Program is looking for a motivated and well spoken Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of functions that contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of shipments to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Process orders for daily kit building, accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, kit, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean organized workstation
- Conduct audits for warehouse inventory counts
- Transport material within the warehouse
- Meet and/or exceed quality performance metrics through consistent quality monitoring and employee feedback
- Escalate issues/risks that impact quality or performance
- Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting the Company
- Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company
- Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required
- Ability to work independently
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
Requirements:
- Above average computer skills
- Customer Service
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Forklift, and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker, and office admin
- Good organizational and time management skills
Compensation Range:
$18 - 20 hour
This a full time 8 hour shift during the day.
