Assisted Living Sales Representative

Starting salary is $70,000 plus commission (with earning potential of $120,000 and up).

We are seeking an experienced sales leader with a strong network of referral sources and expertise in the assisted living/ Nuesing Homes industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing occupancy and driving demand by actively managing and expanding referral sources. You will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly census goals while cultivating relationships within the senior care community.

Successful candidates are passionate about senior care, skilled in lead generation, and adept at closing deals in the healthcare space. Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and CRM experience are essential. We offer a competitive base salary and a commission structure with the potential to double your income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to build and maintain referral relationships.
• Established network within the senior care industry, healthcare providers, or relevant fields.Analyze and develop effective sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Expand the lead base through increasing your professionals network.
• Manage key referral accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of elder care services and the senior living decision-making process is essential.
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel.
