Come join our Pomvom team as a Seasonal Photo Sales Associate!
We're looking for team members who are passionate about the Harry Potter brand (characters and lore), are outgoing and energetic and who can turn an interactive photo or video experience into a remarkable takeaway memory for our guests. If you're a natural at selling, enjoy technology, and love all things Harry Potter, we want you to join our seasonal sales team!
This is a Seasonal role with an end date early September 2025. You'll need to commit to 3-4 days a week. Store Hours 9am-9pm Mon-Sat, 9am-7pm Sun.
Job Highlights
Our Photo Retail Associates work as a team to leverage technology for high-yield retail sales. They respectfully and confidently approach guests, take quality photos / videos, and sell products (digital images, videos, and prints) to meet their daily goals.
Here's more of what you can expect :
- Using animated expressions when directing the poses and movements of guests to ensure the quality of their photos and / or videos - so you can't be shy!
- Open to dressing as a Hogwarts Student
- A loud and bustling environment so you'll need to project your voice so large groups can hear you.
- Working as part of an energetic and collaborative team to provide a high-level of customer service.
- Confidently approaching guests, taking quality photographs & videos, and selling products to meet daily goals.
- Working indoors while operating digital cameras / media and handling money / credit cards to complete sales transactions.
- Carrying boxes that weight up to 10 pounds for deliveries.
- Standing on your feet - a lot!
- Being a Pomvom Ambassador and creating professional and positive customer experiences to maximize sales.
- Appreciating and respecting our company culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Assisting Retail Team Leads, Assistant Operations Manager, and Operations Manager in daily activities.
- Receiving great incentives to make your work environment fun and rewarding!
You don't need to have photo or video experience to be successful! You just need to be ready to learn how to operate our digital touch-screen cash registers and professional walkabout cameras. Ideal candidates will have some sales experience or a desire to work in sales. Bilingual a plus!!
