We sell and install these products nationwide, helping clients improve both function and appearance. Position Overview We are seeking a Business Development & Project Manager to lead the sales and execution of our Rooftop Screening product. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and project execution, requiring a professional who can drive revenue while ensuring seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will engage with new and existing customers, generate quotes, close deals, and oversee installations. Key Responsibilities & Metrics Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities for our Rooftop Screening product across the country. Work with architects, engineers, contractors, property managers, and facility owners to promote and sell our solutions. Partner with industry contacts and distributors to expand into new markets. Create accurate project quotes based on customer specifications and requirements. Conduct site visits, virtual consultations, and client meetings as needed. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability. Log 100% of customer interactions, sales calls, and follow-ups into the CRM within 24 hours of the event. Success Metrics : Conduct 4 customer meetings per month (virtual & in-person). Other metrics to be determined. Project Management & Execution Oversee the entire project lifecycle from sale to installation. Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery, including trucking and crane appointments. Arrange temporary housing (Airbnb, hotels) for installation teams when required. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project. Success Metrics : Ensure 95% of projects are completed on time and within budget. Reduce project delays by 10% through proactive scheduling and logistics management. Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 98% based on post-installation surveys. Collaboration & Market Growth Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and installation) to streamline processes. Collaborate with industry partners to explore new customer bases and revenue streams. Continue to strengthen and grow relationships with existing industry partners to increase referrals and long-term business opportunities. Gather market intelligence to improve product positioning and competitive advantage. Success Metrics : Develop 4 new partnerships with industry contacts annually. Increase repeat business by 50% year-over-year. Strengthen relationships with key industry partners through regular engagement and joint initiatives. Qualifications & Skills 3 years of experience in sales, project management, or business development, preferably in HVAC, construction, or architectural solutions. Strong understanding of project estimating, quoting, and sales negotiations. Experience in managing logistics (trucking, crane scheduling, accommodations, etc.). Ability to build relationships with contractors, architects, and facility managers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable with occasional travel to job sites and client meetings. Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and quoting systems is a plus.
