We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service through quoting home and auto insurance, endorsing existing policies, explaining coverages to customers, filing and tracking claims, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (oral and written), an effective keyboarding ability, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work efficiently in a "small office" setting.
Responsibilities
- · Provide excellent customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and MS Word documents.
- · Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
- · Processing customer's payments via cash, checks, and credit cards.
- · Accurately enter data into the company’s systems while maintaining attention to detail.
- · Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- · Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their needs.
- · Collaborate with office staff to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- · Promote products and services as needed to meet customers’ needs and requirements.
- · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- · Operate within the statutes governing the insurance industry.
Qualifications
- · Two years of previous experience in customer service is required.
- · Oklahoma Insurance Agent’s License preferred but will be required to obtain later.
- · Strong client services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- · Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail.
- · Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing using MS Word.
- · Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications used in customer service.
- · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Expected hours: M-F, 8-5
