Summary/Objective
The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall management of student enrollment and ensuring that all local, state, and federal regulations are followed. The Enrollment Coordinator will maintain student data and manage all student data reports. The Enrollment Coordinator reports to the admissions director (STL) and frequently collaborates with the Enrollment coordinator from Puerto Rico. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; availability to work nonstandard hours and weekends if needed.

Required Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, master's degree is preferred; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Essential Functions
To assist in development, execution, and data processing systems of the Admissions Office.
- Reviews processed applications that are complete for evaluation, contacts applicants for any missing information and attached documents, evaluation of academic records, to determine eligibility for the next admission step and pass to the Admissions Officer, if needed. or to resolve discrepancies and obtains any necessary information from other sources for data equality purposes in the different J1, AMCAS, JRM systems, WebAdmit, CertiPhi, SEVIS and Salesforce Systems.
- Manages and coordinates the application/admissions processing operations for all graduate programs. Review application data and record committee admission decisions in the system for statistical and reporting purposes.
- Review and re-calculate general/science grade point average for all accepted applicants.
- Tracks and analyzes class and enrollment data to identify trends, drive better decision-making, and resolve issues at the time of your enrollment.
- Maintains records and databases of processed applications; weekly updates and purges as needed; Collects and collates information from records and prepares weekly reports to share with supervisors and retention service offices.
- In post-registration season, audit data collection and analysis to ensure accuracy in PHSU Student System Information.
- Generate academic profile and demographic reports for each enrollment/program by fiscal year and any other requested reports for accreditation purposes or IPEDS.
- Facilitate the process of submitting readmission and transfer credit requests for evaluation by each academic department.
- Guide and assist new candidates throughout their enrollment and registration process.
- Audit physical files and data in Salesforce and Jenzabar systems for newly enrolled candidates to certify and submit to the Registrar's Office.
- Follow-up students to complete file.
- Supervise employees to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Partners with departments outside of Admissions including Financial Aid and the office of the Registrar to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to every student.
- Responds to phone and email inquiries about the admissions process and application status; can assist in designing events and recruiting materials if required.
- Coordinates with the administrative assistant the sending of letters to admitted students.
- Other projects assigned by the Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications for the full operation of the Office.
