We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Energy team, which is dedicated to advancing the power sector with innovative solutions in substations, transmission, power generation, and renewable energies such as solar, BESS, and wind projects. As a Business Development Manager, you will work with key clients across the United States, leading efforts to secure new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
In this role, you will engage in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the power sectors, focusing on substations, transmission, power generation, and renewables. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our services align with client goals, while maintaining a keen awareness of industry trends and regulatory changes. Additionally, you will manage the sales forecasting process, utilizing CRM tools for accurate reporting and opportunity tracking. Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development within power engineering & design, focusing on substations, transmission, power generation, and renewable energy projects.
- Proven experience in planning, designing, and developing power delivery infrastructure.
- Strong success in sales forecasting, CRM management, and building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- A passion for driving innovation in power delivery and renewable energy solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client visits, industry events, and other business development activities.
