What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Manager (Medical Device Manufacturing) position at Pond & Company?
Ready to turn your ambition into achievement? Join Pond & Company and be part of the team that’s redefining the future of Architectural, Engineering, Planning, Construction Management, and Environmental projects!
About The Position
We are searching for an experienced Client Manager to join our growing Industrial-Medical team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients within the Medical Device Manufacturing industry and oversee projects across the United States and abroad. Projects will span multiple markets and geographies, giving you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and deepen your expertise in design and construction projects.
As a self-starter, you will work independently while also leading a multidisciplinary team without direct supervisory authority to ensure successful project execution. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring client satisfaction by understanding their needs, tailoring service offerings, and overseeing project delivery. You will be actively involved in writing proposals, managing change orders, and reviewing contractual terms, all while ensuring the overall financial performance of the projects.
This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be responsible for maintaining executive-level communications with both internal and external stakeholders, updating them on the project's status, health, and risks. The Client Manager will also leverage existing client relationships to win follow-on work and meet sales targets. Although primarily an account management role, you may be required to take on Project Management responsibilities when needed, with a solid understanding of project management techniques for scope, schedule, and budget management.
