What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal Proposal Coordinator position at Pond & Company?
Pond is currently seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to develop proposals and promote our Federal programs. As part of our growing Federal Marketing team, the selected candidate will lead proposal kickoff meetings, strategize with Principals to prepare qualification responses, develop presentations, and create and maintain marketing media and information. We need self-starters that can work independently but also thrive in a collaborative team environment. Pond's marketing team provides all facets of marketing and communications, including in-house strategic planning, collateral materials development, creative writing, multimedia, presentation, and proposal management.
The selected candidate has the option to work from one of Pond's offices or remotely.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in an A / E / C environment, specifically marketing to Federal Government clients (e.g., Department of Defense, GSA, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in English, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience preparing SF330 qualifications packages
- Strong technical writing, proofing, and editing skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience managing sales opportunities through a CRM system

Additional Information
Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Marketing Coordinator III with a salary range of $75,900.00 - $116,000.00 .
