Our Energy Marketing group is looking for an energetic and highly-motivated Marketing Coordinator I to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires an individual who is self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of an integrated marketing team. The position requires exceptional writing, organizational, and people skills along with the ability to quickly learn new skills. The coordinator supports the department’s overall marketing and business development functions and the production of projects meeting quality and brand guidelines in a fast-paced, team environment frequently requiring response to multiple deadlines. Because we work in a highly collaborative environment, being a good team player is a must.
Responsibilities will include:
Incorporate and support the adherence to brand standards and guidelines in work product
Provide production to RFQs, RFPs, presentations, and other marketing material while working with technical staff to develop milestones and maintain deadlines
Follows the proposal and/or project production process and leads the entire team by setting up meetings, follow-up communication, follow-up on action items, and decision follow-through
Keeping marketing materials, resumes, and project data up-to-date
Provide graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and collateral materials
Monitor and participate in lead tracking, pre-marketing activities, and client/competitor/ industry research
Support Pond’s participation at key industry and client events; Collaborate with technical professionals to provide support for conferences and tradeshows
Provide design and/or content for the website, social media, and other web-based tools Conduct data entry/upload
Participate in CRM activities
Completes assigned work on-time, with attention to detail, and adherence to requirements
Adheres to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.
1-3 years of marketing experience
Preferred knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
Exceptional and demonstrated writing and editing skills a must
Ability to be a self-starter
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Salary : $52,200 - $63,700
