We are searching for a Program Manager to lead our growing Industrial-Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry and a passion for growth, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Medical Device Manufacturing program within Pond's Life Sciences market. You will directly manage a team of Client Managers, focusing on operations, performance, and business development. Projects will span multiple markets and geographies, providing opportunities to broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill set in design and construction. We are looking for an independent self-starter with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute complex projects successfully. Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 12 years of related experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or A/E/CM services in the medical market
- PE license, PMP certification, MBA, or other advanced degrees preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team without supervisory authority
- Ability to effectively manage client relationships, understand client needs, and tailor service offerings to meet those needs
- Experience writing proposals, change orders, and reviewing contractual terms is preferred
- Proven fiscal understanding, with responsibility for project financial performance, including meeting P&L targets
- Executive communication skills to update internal and external stakeholders on project status, health, and risks
- Ability to leverage industry relationships to win work, with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
- Willingness to travel (~30%)
- Hybrid/Remote work is possible but will require occasional travel to Pond’s offices
